Tracy Pierce is a "retired" Podiatric Surgeon and a Registered Nurse practicing Cosmetic Medicine since 1997. Prior to returning to Massachusetts in 2000, she shared a private practice with her cosmetic surgeon husband in Philadelphia. After completing a Cosmetic Preceptorship in 1996, she performed cosmetic enhancements to the lower extremity as an Aesthetic Foot Surgeon, as well as, facial rejuvenation procedures and injections as a Cosmetic Nurse Specialist. Tracy is a Certified Botox® Injector trained in Advanced Injection Techniques, and a Collagen Injection Specialist, she has worked with Dr. Russo since 2002, specializing in the art of facial sculpting with cosmetic injectables.

Dr. Russo is a board certified, Harvard trained Plastic Surgeon in private practice since 1991, and is the Medical Director for Pierce Professional Services. He offers state of the art cosmetic procedures including Tumescent Liposuction and Beast Augmentation, as well as the latest in skin care products, procedures and treatments to rejuvenate the face. Dr. Russo is recognized as one of the leaders in the field of laser hair removal. With an increased understanding of Laser Science, major engineering improvements have been made to the lasers, which now allow treatment precision and versatility regardless of skin type or color.
